- Free shipping on all orders of $50 or more
- All orders are shipped via Canada Post standard shipping
- Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days
- Shipping may take 1 to 7 business days, depending on your location
- If we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be notified within 24 business hours
- If you would like express shipping, please contact us, and we will let you know the additional cost
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number

Please do not leave your package outside or at a pickup location for too long, as skincare products should not be exposed to extreme heat or cold for extended periods.
