At www.homeostaze.ca, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, unsealed, or used products, except in the case of an allergic reaction.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- be unused, unopened, and undamaged
- be returned in its original packaging
- include any safety seal, if applicable
- be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
- be returned within 30 days of receiving your item

Please note: returns must be approved by our team before they are sent back. Any item sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping
For approved returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Shipping fees are non-refundable and not eligible for credit.
If a returned item originally qualified for free shipping, we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping cost from the refund.
Loyalty Points
Any loyalty points earned on a purchase will be deducted from your profile if a return or refund is issued.
Allergic Reactions
We understand that some products may not be suitable for every skin type.
In the case of an allergic reaction, Homéostaze may issue a refund or store credit, at our discretion, for the individual product that caused the reaction.
Conditions:
- The reaction must be reported within the first 48 hours of use
- We reserve the right to request:
- photos
- and/or a doctor’s note
to help confirm that the reaction was caused by one of our products.
Damaged or incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
Contact us immediately at info@homeostaze.ca
if:
- your item is damaged
- your item is defective
- you received the wrong item
If the issue is confirmed, we will replace the item.
Exceptions/ Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- opened or used personal care and beauty products
- custom or special-order products
- sale items
- gift cards
All sale items are final sale. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different product is to have your return approved and then place a separate new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within up to 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
